What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. Every order begins processing from the moment it is received, as such we are not able to offer cancellations. 

What is your return policy?

Returns/Exchanges: Items must be returned in their natural state. All items must be unworn and unwashed and include all tags INCLUDING receipt within 7 days.  If these steps are not followed, it will be denied. Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will be issued a store credit.

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct items.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

We do not accept returns for sale items.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

 What should I do if my item arrived defective?

We strive to offer you high-quality items, but once in a blue moon, something slips by that is not up to our standards. We're so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition!

Be sure to contact Customer Care right away if anything is ever defective with an item.
